REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER RH (for RH Side)


    1. A01OC4V

      Loosen the bolt and remove the rear seat hinge cover RH with the rear seat hinge sub-assembly RH.

    2. A01OCCJ

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seat hinge cover RH from the rear seat hinge sub-assembly RH.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for RH Side)


    1. A01O9B1

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback lock control bezel.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH (for RH Side)


    1. A01O9XF

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seatback lock cover RH.

  4. REMOVE REAR UPPER SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 5 claws to remove the rear upper seatback lock bezel.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 23 claws of the separate type rear seatback cover RH from the rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.

    2. A01OBK9

      Disengage the 7 claws to remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)


    1. A01OCC8

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    2. A01ODA1N01

      Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH (for RH Side)


    1. A01OD45

      Remove the 7 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH.

  8. REMOVE SEAT COVER WIRE (for RH Side)


    1. A01O9SW

      Remove the 2 seat cover wires.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR (for RH Side)


    1. A01OCZX

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

    1. Disengage the lock clip as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01OA7Y

      Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 4 guides and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly RH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seatback lock sub-assembly RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH (for LH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for LH Side)

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER LH (for LH Side)

  15. REMOVE REAR UPPER SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL (for LH Side)

  16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 27 claws of the separate type rear seatback cover LH from the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

    2. A01OAYZ

      Disengage the 10 claws to remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

  17. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)


    1. A01OCDT

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    2. A01OC2KN01

      Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

  18. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH (for LH Side)

      Remove the 7 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover LH from the separate type rear seatback pad LH.

  19. REMOVE SEAT COVER WIRE (for LH Side)


    1. A01OCSS

      Remove the 2 seat cover wires.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the No. 1 child restraint seat cover.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT UNDER TRAY SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the rear seat under tray sub-assembly.

    1. Remove the 4 hog rings.

    1. Remove the 20 hog rings.

    3. Remove the 15 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover RH from the separate type rear seat cushion pad.

      Remove the 5 seat cover wires.
