HOOD DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. A01OAXV

      Using a clip remover, disengage the 10 hood to radiator support seal clips to remove the hood to radiator support seal.

    2. Remove the 10 hood to radiator support seal clips from the hood to radiator support seal.

  2. REMOVE FRONT HOOD PROTECTOR


    1. A01ODEG

      Using a clip remover, remove the 4 hood insulator clips and front hood protector.

  3. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR

      Using a clip remover, remove the 10 hood insulator clips and hood insulator.

  4. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

  5. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

    Click here

  6. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01OCRF

      Disengage the 6 clamps to disconnect the washer hose assembly.

  7. REMOVE HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY LH

  8. REMOVE HOOD STAY BRACKET LH

  9. REMOVE HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
