POWER FOLDING SEAT FUNCTION HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Note
When operating a rear No. 2 power seat, make sure that the area around the seat is free of obstructions.
When operating a rear No. 2 power seat, be careful not to allow any body parts or foreign objects to interfere with the seat or other components as it may result in injuries or damage.
When operating a rear No. 2 power seat using the fold seat switch assembly or No. 1 fold seat switch assembly, if something becomes jammed between the seat cushion and seatback, the rear No. 2 power seat operation will stop and a buzzer will sound.
If a fold seat control ECU (RH/LH seat) has been replaced, initialization must be performed.
When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the cable is reconnected.
