PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Bulb Type)

      Component without harness connected

      (No. 1 Luggage Compartment Light Assembly)

      Inspect the luggage compartment room light.


      1. Apply battery voltage to each terminal of No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly connector and check the operation of the luggage compartment room light.

        Result
        Measurement Condition Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → 2 (B)

        Battery negative (-) → 1 (L)

        		 No. 1 luggage compartment light switch on Luggage compartment room light comes on

        If the result is not as specified, replace the bulb or No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly.

  2. INSPECT NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LED Type)

      Component without harness connected

      (No. 1 Luggage Compartment Light Assembly)

      Inspect the luggage compartment room light.


      1. Apply battery voltage to each terminal of No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly connector and check the operation of the luggage compartment room light.

        Result

        Battery positive (+) → 2 (B)

        Battery negative (-) → 1 (L)

        		 Always Luggage compartment room light comes on

        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 luggage compartment light assembly.
