SECURITY HORN ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 8AR-FTS)


    1. A01RB4C

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps.

      *a Clamp
      *b Guide

      Disengage the 2 clamps.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides.

    5. A01RBTA

      Loosen the hose clamp and remove the air cleaner cap sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 2GR-FKS)


    1. A01RDRH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

      *b Guide

      Disengage the 2 clamps.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides.

    5. A01RDIN

      Loosen the hose clamp and remove the air cleaner cap sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE SECURITY HORN ASSEMBLY


    1. A01RASK

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the guide.

    3. Disconnect the connector to remove the security horn assembly.
