PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE BACK WINDOW UPPER PANEL TRIM (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)

3. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER LH (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)

4. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER LH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

5. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK COVER (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)

10. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BASE (w/ Power Back Door)

12. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY

15. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Back Door)

    
    

    1. 

       Remove in this Direction

       Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts.

    3. Disengage the clip to remove the back door lock assembly as shown in the illustration.

16. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Back Door)

    
    

    1. 

       Remove in this Direction

       Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts.

    4. Disengage the clip to remove the back door lock assembly as shown in the illustration.
