PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT SEMICONDUCTOR PWR INTEGRATION ECU


    1. IG2 RELAY:


      1. A01R9NLC06
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (Semiconductor Power Integration ECU)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        B-1 - 1F-4 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1E-1 and 1D-14 10 kΩ or higher
        B-1 - 1G-3
        B-1 - 1G-4
        B-1 - 1F-4

        Battery positive (+) → 1E-1

        Battery negative (-) → 1D-14

        Below 1 Ω
        B-1 - 1G-3
        B-1 - 1G-4

        If the result is not as specified, replace the semiconductor power integration ECU.

    2. EFI-MAIN RELAY:


      1. A01R9NLC07
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (Semiconductor Power Integration ECU)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        B-1 - 1G-1 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1G-6 and 1D-14 10 kΩ or higher
        B-1 - 1G-2
        B-1 - 1G-7
        B-1 - 1G-8
        1F-2 - 1G-1
        B-1 - 1G-1

        Battery positive (+) → 1G-6

        Battery negative (-) → 1D-14

        Below 1 Ω
        B-1 - 1G-2
        B-1 - 1G-7
        B-1 - 1G-8
        1F-2 - 1G-1

        If the result is not as specified, replace the semiconductor power integration ECU.

    3. A/F RELAY:


      1. A01R9NLC08
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (Semiconductor Power Integration ECU)

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        B-1 - 1F-1 Battery voltage not applied between terminals 1G-1 and 1D-14 10 kΩ or higher
        B-1 - 1F-1

        Battery positive (+) → 1G-1

        Battery negative (-) → 1D-14

        Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the semiconductor power integration ECU.

    4. Semiconductor power integration ECU ground:


      1. A01R9NLC01

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1D-14 - 1G-5 Always Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the semiconductor power integration ECU.
