REAR POWER WINDOW SWITCH INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for LH/RH DOOR)


    1. A01RFP5C04
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Power Window Regulator Switch Assembly (for LH/RH Door))

      Check the switch function.


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        2 (UP) - 5 (GND) Auto up or up position Below 100 Ω
        10 (DOWN) - 5 (GND) Auto down or down position Below 100 Ω
        4 (AUTO) - 5 (GND) Auto up or auto down position Below 100 Ω
        2 (UP) - 5 (GND) Off 10 kΩ or higher
        10 (DOWN) - 5 (GND) Off 10 kΩ or higher
        4 (AUTO) - 5 (GND) Off 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch assembly.

    2. A01RFP5C05
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Power Window Regulator Switch Assembly (for LH/RH Door))

      Check that the LED illuminates.


      1. Apply battery voltage to the power window regulator switch assembly and check that the LED illuminates.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → 8 (LED)

        Battery negative (-) → 5 (GND)

        		 LED illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch assembly.
