BLOWER UNIT INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

   
   

   1. Engage the 4 guides as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the clean air filter to the air filter case.

      

      Install in this Direction (1)

      Install in this Direction (2)

      Note

      Make sure that the "UP" marks are facing the correct direction before installing the clean air filter.

   2. 

      Install in this Direction

      Install the air filter sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Make sure that the "UP" mark is facing the correct direction before installing the air filter sub-assembly.

2. INSTALL AIR FILTER COVER PLATE

   
   

   1. 

      	Install in this Direction (1)
      	Install in this Direction (2)

      Engage the 2 guides and claw as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the air filter cover plate.

3. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. for LHD:

      
      

      1. Engage the guide (B) and 2 claws.

      2. Install the blower assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly with the 2 screws.

      3. Engage 4 guides (A).

      4. Connect the connector.

   2. for RHD:

      
      

      1. Engage the guide and claw.

      2. Install the blower assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly with the 2 screws.

      3. Engage 2 guides.

      4. Connect the connector.
