  1. INSPECT MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the R2 multi-display controller sub-assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the e5 television display assembly LH connector.

    3. Disconnect the d5 television display assembly RH connector.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      R2-2 (MUT1) - d5-7 (MUTE) Always Below 1 Ω
      R2-19 (MUT3) - d5-8 (IMTR) Always Below 1 Ω
      R2-6 (MUT2) - e5-7 (MUTE) Always Below 1 Ω
      R2-20 (MUT4) - e5-8 (IMTR) Always Below 1 Ω
      R2-2 (MUT1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      R2-6 (MUT2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      R2-19 (MUT3) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      R2-20 (MUT4) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
