  1. INSPECT RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

    1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      J50-9 (VMTR) - Body ground

      RSE playing

      → Source changed

      Above 3.5 V

      → Below 1 V

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY - RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the J50 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the R13 multi-display controller sub-assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      J50-9 (VMTR) - R13-8 (VMTR) Always Below 1 Ω
      J50-9 (VMTR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
