VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT


    1. A01RCMN

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SLT with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL5


    1. A01RCWH

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL5 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4


    1. A01REL7

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL4 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3


    1. A01R8Q7

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL3 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2


    1. A01RFO6

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL2 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  6. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1


    1. A01RBT8

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SL1 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  7. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU


    1. A01RCB6

      Coat the shift solenoid valve SLU with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.

  8. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE S2


    1. A01RFDB

      Coat the shift solenoid valve S2 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve S2 to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

  9. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE S1


    1. A01RDND

      Coat the shift solenoid valve S1 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve S1 to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE


    1. A01RA5N

      Install the solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL MANUAL VALVE


    1. A01RDADC01
      *1 Manual Valve Connecting Rod
      *2 Manual Valve
      *3 E-ring

      Install the manual valve connecting rod to the manual valve with a new E-ring.

    2. Coat the manual valve with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.
