FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY


    1. B002C9UC01
      B002C8N Install in this Direction

      Set the front bumper assembly on the vehicle as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not fully install the front bumper assembly onto the vehicle.

    2. w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System:


      1. Connect the 2 connectors.

    3. A01XPZXC01
      B002DP3 Installation

      Connect the washer hose.

    4. B002EJSC01
      B002C8N Install in this Direction (1)
      B002E01 Install in this Direction (2)

      Engage the claws as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    5. Remove the protective tape.

    6. Install the screw.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    8. Install the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    9. w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Install the 2 clips.

      3. Install the bolt.

    10. w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System:


      1. Install the 2 clips.

      2. Install the bolt.

    11. Install the 10 screws.

  2. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    1. Engage the guides to install the cool air intake duct seal with the 9 clips.

  3. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID
