  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure listed below is for LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

  3. REMOVE ROPE HOOK

      B002DP3 Push
      B002C8N Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the claws to remove the rope hook as shown in the illustration.

  4. SEPARATE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER


    1. A01XRDFC01
      B002DP3 Fold back

      Fold back the luggage compartment trim cover as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      To avoid creasing the luggage compartment trim cover, do not fold it back to far.

  5. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01XRIU

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 nuts.

      *a Guide
      *b Clamp
      B002CL1 Protective Tape
      B002C8N Remove in this Direction

      Apply protective tape around the rear combination light assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. for LH Side:


      1. Disengage the clamp.

    5. Disengage the 2 clips and guide to remove the rear combination light assembly as shown in the illustration.
