HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed, or replaced during the headlight assembly LH removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR TO FRONT SIDE SEAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      B002E01 Remove in this Direction (2)

      Disengage the 3 clips and guide to remove the front pillar to front side seal sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

      *a Connector Lock Lever
      B002DP3 Unlock
      B002CL1 Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the headlight assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the claw and pull down the connector lock lever to disconnect the connector as shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the 3 bolts and screw to remove the headlight assembly.
