HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the headlight cleaner motor and pump assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Install the headlight cleaner hose with the clip.

  2. INSTALL ENGINE OIL COOLER AIR INLET DUCT


    1. A01QA63C01
      *a Clamp
      *b Guide

      Engage the guides to connect the wire harness.

    2. Install the engine oil cooler air inlet duct with 2 new bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    3. Engage the clamp to connect the wire harness.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  4. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID
