      Engage the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly to the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly.

  14. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT KEY CYLINDER PROTECTOR

      Install the luggage compartment key cylinder protector to the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly with the nut.

  15. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

      Pass the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly through the luggage compartment door panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    3. Engage the clamp.

  16. INSTALL LUGGAGE LOCK CONTROL CABLE CLAMP (w/ Handle)

      Engage the guide and claw to install the luggage lock control cable clamp.

  17. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR CLOSER ASSEMBLY

      Install the luggage door closer assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Engage the clamp to connect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

    3. Connect the connector.

      Engage the clamps to install the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

  19. INSTALL DOOR CONTROL SWITCH (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

      Install the luggage compartment door hinge cover LH with the 3 clips.

      Install the luggage compartment door cover with the 15 clips.

  23. INSTALL SWITCH BEZEL (w/ Power Trunk Lid System)

    1. Engage the claws to install the switch bezel as shown in the illustration.

  24. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP

      Install the luggage compartment door assist grip with the 2 screws.

      Engage the claws to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

  25. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE (w/ Handle)

      Connect the luggage compartment door inside handle to the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

  26. INSTALL LUGGAGE LOCK CONTROL CABLE PLATE (w/ Handle)
