  1. INSPECT FUEL LID WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

      Component without harness connected

      (Fuel Lid with Motor Lock Assembly)

      Check the operation of the fuel lid with motor lock assembly.


      1. Apply battery voltage to the fuel lid with motor lock assembly connector, and check that the fuel lid with motor lock assembly operates smoothly as follows.

        OK
        Connection Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2

        		 Unlock

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 2

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1

        		 Lock

        If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel lid with motor lock assembly.

      2. Measure the shaft stroke.

        Standard
        Area Condition Specified Condition
        A Unlock 11 mm (0.4331 in.)
        Lock 0 mm (0 in.)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel lid with motor lock assembly.
