FRONT BLOWER MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CENTER CLUSTER FINISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

   3. When reusing the blower motor with fan sub-assembly:

      
      

      1. Remove the heater packing from the blower motor with fan sub-assembly.
