BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed, or replaced during the blower unit removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    Make sure to perform initialization after replacing the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly. If initialization is not performed, the air conditioning unit assembly will not perform properly as the air conditioning amplifier assembly will not be able to recognize the position of the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

  3. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. B002CDP

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamps to disconnect the air conditioning harness assembly.

    3. B002CHS

      Disconnect the drain cooler hose.

    4. Remove the screw.

    5. Disengage the claws to remove the blower assembly.
