REFRIGERANT LINE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL PIPING CLAMP


    1. Remove the vinyl tape from the liquid pipe sub-assembly.

    2. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and fitting surfaces of the liquid pipe sub-assembly.

      Compressor Oil
      for HFC-134a (R134a)
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
      for HFO-1234yf (R1234yf)
      ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

    3. Install the 2 O-rings to the liquid pipe sub-assembly.

    4. Install the liquid pipe sub-assembly.

      *d Gap

      Install the piping clamp to the liquid pipe sub-assembly.

      Note

      Make sure that the piping clamp is engaged securely with no gap.
