REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER (BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER)


    1. for LH Side:


      1. A01QBTGC03
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Bench Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover))

        Check the resistance.

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        2 (AL) - 3 (GND) Seat cushion heater temperature 17 to 23°C (63 to 73°F) 3.67 to 4.44 Ω
        1 (TFAL) - 4 (SG) Seat cushion heater temperature 25°C (77°F) 7.2 to 8.8 kΩ

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat cushion heater (bench type rear seat cushion cover).

    2. for RH Side:


      1. A01QBTGC06
        *a

        Component without harness connected

        (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Bench Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover))

        Check the resistance.

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        2 (AR) - 3 (GND) Seat cushion heater temperature 17 to 23°C (63 to 73°F) 3.67 to 4.44 Ω
        1 (TFAR) - 4 (SG) Seat cushion heater temperature 25°C (77°F) 7.2 to 8.8 kΩ

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat cushion heater (bench type rear seat cushion cover).
