SEAT HEATER SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the K64 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the K64 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage and check for pulse generation according to the value(s) in the table below.

  2. CHECK REFRESHING SEAT SWITCH

    1. Disconnect the K59 refreshing seat switch connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    4. Check for pulse according to the value(s) in the table below.

  3. CHECK REAR CONTROL SWITCH (w/ Rear Seat Heater)

    1. Disconnect the e1 rear control switch connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      e1-1 (+B) - Body ground R - Body ground Power source (Back-up) Always 11 to 14 V

    3. Reconnect the e1 rear control switch connector.

    4. Measure the waveform according to the value(s) in the table below.
