LUMBAR SWITCH INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT FRONT LUMBAR POWER SEAT SWITCH


    1. for LHD:


      1. A01QBJTC41
        *a Hold
        *b Release
        *c

        Component without harness connected

        (Front Lumbar Power Seat Switch)

        Check the resistance.

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        5 (B) - 3 (H) Hold Below 1 Ω
        2 (E2) - 1 (R)
        2 (E2) - 3 (H) OFF
        2 (E2) - 1 (R)
        2 (E2) - 3 (H) Release
        5 (B) - 1 (R)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front lumbar power seat switch.

    2. for RHD:


      1. A01QBJTC33
        *a Hold
        *b Release
        *c

        Component without harness connected

        (Front Lumbar Power Seat Switch)

        Check the resistance.

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        5 (B) - 1 (H) Hold Below 1 Ω
        2 (E2) - 3 (R)
        2 (E2) - 1 (H) OFF
        2 (E2) - 3 (R)
        2 (E2) - 1 (H) Release
        5 (B) - 3 (R)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the front lumbar power seat switch.
