RADIO ANTENNA CORD INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the clamps to install the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.

      

   2. Connect the 2 connectors.

2. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING

3. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the clips labeled A.

      

   2. Engage the clamps labeled B to the floor stud bolts.

   3. Engage the clip labeled C.

   4. Engage the clips labeled D.

   5. Install the bolt labeled E.

      Torque:

      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

   6. Install the bolt labeled F.

      Torque:

      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

   7. Install the bolt labeled G.

      Torque:

      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

   8. Connect the 4 connectors labeled H to install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

4. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

7. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

    1. 

       Engage the clamps to install the antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.
