The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed, or replaced during the steering pad switch assembly removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE
REMOVE HORN BUTTON ASSEMBLY
REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH
REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the steering pad switch connector from the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly.
w/o Steering Wheel Vibration:
Disengage the steering pad switch connector clamp from the lower steering wheel boss cover.
Disconnect the steering pad switch connector from the No. 1 switch wire.
Remove the 2 screws.
Disengage the the 3 guide pins and 4 claws and remove the switch assembly.
