ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE ECU

   
   

   1. Connect the 2 connectors.

   2. Install the No. 1 junction block assembly to the electric parking brake ECU with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

   3. Engage the clamp to install the wire harness.

   4. Temporarily install the temporary nut to the electric parking brake ECU with No. 1 junction block assembly.

   5. Temporarily install the electric parking brake ECU with No. 1 junction block asssembly.

   6. Tighten the temporary nut and nut to install the electric parking brake ECU with No. 1 junction block assembly.

      Torque:

      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM INNER COVER LH

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
