TIRE PRESSURE WARNING INITIATOR DRIVER(for LHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR INITIATOR DRIVER

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws to install the tire pressure monitor initiator driver.

2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH

   
   

   1. Install the ECU integration box RH with the bolt and 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

   2. Connect the 4 connectors.

3. INSTALL COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK RH

   
   

   1. Connect the 2 connectors.

   2. Install the cowl side junction block RH with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:

      Nut

      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

      Bolt

      13 N*m  { 133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the 4 connectors.

   4. Engage the 2 clamps.

   5. Connect the 2 connectors.

4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CENTER CLUSTER FINISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
