DESCRIPTION

The torque vectoring differential ECU assembly receives signals from the ECM, skid control ECU, yaw rate and acceleration sensor, steering angle sensor and power steering ECU assembly via CAN communication.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT


    1. Using the GTS, clear DTCs.

      Click here


      Chassis > TVD > Clear DTCs

    2. Turn the engine switch off.

    3. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    4. Check for DTCs.

      Tech Tips

      If CAN communication system DTCs and related sensor DTCs are output simultaneously, troubleshoot the DTCs (for torque vectoring differential system) after the CAN communication system returns to normal.
