KICK-DOWN SWITCH(for RHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL KICK DOWN SWITCH ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the kick down switch assembly to the vehicle body with the bolt and 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

   2. Connect the kick down switch assembly connector.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 DASH PANEL INSULATOR PAD

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 clips to install the No. 2 dash panel insulator pad to the vehicle body.

   2. Return the front floor carpet assembly to its original position, and engage the clamp, hook and each fastener.

      	Fastener		Install in this Direction

   3. Install the clip.

3. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH
