PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SWITCH


    1. A01QAA6

      Install the oil pressure switch to the transmission valve body assembly.

      Torque:
      4.5 N*m  { 46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SR


    1. A01Q94C

      Install the shift solenoid valve SR to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT


    1. A01QCWM

      Install the shift solenoid valve SLT to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.

  4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU


    1. A01QA8E

      Install the shift solenoid valve SLU to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.

  5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1


    1. A01QCEL

      Install the shift solenoid valve SL1 to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.

  6. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL5


    1. A01QBUY

      Install the shift solenoid valve SL5 to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.

  7. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4


    1. A01QB1B

      Install the shift solenoid valve SL4 to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.

  8. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3


    1. A01Q95Z

      Install the shift solenoid valve SL3 to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve body assembly.

  9. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE


    1. A01Q8WO

      Install the solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL


    1. A01QAXL

      Install the shift solenoid valve SL to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2


    1. A01QANP

      Install the shift solenoid valve SL2 to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin and solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }
