COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  2. REMOVE COOLING FAN WIRE


    1. A01QAIJ

      Disconnect the cooling fan wire connector.

    2. Disengage the 4 clamps to remove the cooling fan wire.

  3. REMOVE COOLING FAN ECU


    1. A01QCONC01
      *1 Cooling Fan ECU (for Main Fan)
      *2 Cooling Fan ECU (for sub Fan)

      Main fan side:


      1. Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.

      2. Disengage the clamp.

      3. Remove the 2 screws and cooling fan ECU (for main fan).

    2. Sub fan side:


      1. Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.

      2. Disengage the clamp.

      3. Remove the 2 screws and cooling fan ECU (for sub fan).

  4. REMOVE FAN


    1. A01QBIV

      Remove the nut and fan.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 FAN


    1. A01QBJZ

      Remove the nut and No. 2 fan.

  6. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A01Q9R3

      Remove the 3 screws and cooling fan motor.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A01QB4R

      Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 cooling fan motor.
