FUEL PUMP ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the fuel pump control ECU assembly to the ECU bracket with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

2. INSTALL ECU BRACKET

   
   

   1. Install the ECU bracket to the vehicle body with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:

      8.3 N*m  { 85 kgf*cm, 73 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not reuse the fuel pump control ECU if it has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact.

   2. Engage the 5 clamps and install the wire harness to the ECU bracket.

   3. Connect the 2 fuel pump control ECU assembly connectors.
