KICK-DOWN SWITCH(for LHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL KICK DOWN SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the kick down switch assembly to the vehicle body with the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the kick down switch assembly connector.

    3. Engage the clamp to install the wire harness.

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 DASH PANEL INSULATOR PAD


    1. Engage the 2 clips to install the No. 3 dash panel insulator pad to the vehicle body.

    2. Return the front floor carpet assembly to its original position, and engage the clamp, hook and each fastener.

    3. Install the clip.
