  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  3. REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER ABSORBER

  4. REMOVE THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR LOWER SEAL LH

      Disengage the claws to remove the No. 1 radiator air guide LH as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE RADIATOR LOWER SEAL RH

      B0048R7 Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the claws to remove the No. 1 radiator air guide RH as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR SHUTTER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A005MNX

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

    3. A005MNK

      Remove the 3 bolts.

    4. A005NKXC01
      B0048R7 Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the guides to remove the radiator shutter sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
