PROCEDURE


  1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

      Install the 7 clamps.

    2. A005N0NC01
      *a Clamp
      *b Guige

      Connect the washer hose assembly to the clamps and guide.

  2. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL HOLE PLUG


    1. A005NSI

      Install 2 new hole plugs.

  4. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR (w/ Hood Insulator)

      Engage the guides to install the hood insulator.

    2. Install 8 new clips.

  7. INSTALL HOOD SIDE PANEL LH


    1. A005NDH

      Engage the clips to install a new hood side panel LH.

  8. INSTALL HOOD SIDE PANEL RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
