1. CUSTOMIZE THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM

   The following items can be customized.

   Note

   
   

   • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.

   • Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.

   • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.

   
   

   1. Customizing with the GTS

      
      

      1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / Security.

      5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

         Display	Default	Content	Setting	Relevant ECU
         Intrusion Win Opened*1	OFF	This function sets the sensitivity of the intrusion sensor when a door window is open.	ON or OFF	Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU)
         Intrusion Sensor Sensitivity Level*1	N+Sound	This function that adjusts sensitivity of the sensor that detects the invasion.	Highest, High, Normal, N+Sound, Low or Lowest
         Security control with mechanism key*2	OFF	This function makes it possible to cancel the security alarm with the mechanical key.	ON or OFF

         • *2: Vehicle displaying the item "Security control with mechanism key" on the GTS
