PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY POWER SOURCE)


    1. Disconnect the H182 and H179 radio receiver assembly connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      H182-7 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      H182-4 (+B1) - H182-7 (GND1) Always

      11 to 14 V*1

      9.5 to 14 V*2
      H182-3 (ACC1) - H182-7 (GND1) Engine switch on (ACC)

      11 to 14 V*1

      9.5 to 14 V*2
      H179-1 (IG) - H182-7 (GND1) Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V

      • *1: w/o Stop and Start System

      • *2: w/ Stop and Start System

    4. Proceed to the next step based on the inspection result.
