DESCRIPTION

The radio receiver assembly and remote operation board are connected via AVC-LAN communication line.

This DTC is stored when an AVC-LAN communication error occurs between the radio receiver assembly and remote operation board.

  1. CHECK OPTIONAL COMPONENTS (INCLUDING ASSOCIATED WIRING)


    1. Check for optional components.


      1. Check that optional components (including associated wiring) which generate radio waves are not installed.

        • Electrical noise from radio waves generated by optional components or the wiring for those components may affect AVC-LAN communication.

        • This DTC may be stored when an AVC-LAN communication error occurs due to electrical noise.

  4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REMOTE OPERATION BOARD POWER SOURCE)


    1. Disconnect the H95 remote operation board connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  5. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - REMOTE OPERATION BOARD)


    1. Disconnect the H95 remote operation board connector.

    2. Disconnect the H180 radio receiver assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      H95-10 (TX+) - H180-18 (TX2+) Always Below 1 Ω
      H95-11 (TX-) - H180-19 (TX2-) Always Below 1 Ω
      H95-10 (TX+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H95-11 (TX-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

  6. REPLACE REMOTE OPERATION BOARD


    1. Replace the remote operation board with a new or known good one Click here.
