OIL COOLER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

   
   

   1. Install the transmission oil cooler to the front engine mounting bracket with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:

      14 N*m  { 138 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the No. 3 water by-pass hose, No. 4 water by-pass hose, No. 1 oil cooler outlet hose and No. 1 oil cooler inlet hose to the transmission oil cooler and engage the 4 clamps.

2. INSTALL INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

   Click here

4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

5. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

   Click here

6. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
