Use the table below to help determine the cause of problem symptoms. If multiple suspected areas are listed, the potential causes of the symptoms are listed in order of probability in the "Suspected Area" column of the table. Check each symptom by checking the suspected areas in the order they are listed. Replace parts as necessary.
Inspect the fuses and relays related to this system before inspecting the suspected areas below.

*1: If the vehicle has not been used for a long time, the battery charge may be low and stop and start control operation may be prohibited. In this case, recharge the battery, initialize the integrated current* using the GTS and drive the vehicle approximately 5 to 40 minutes until refresh charge is completed and stop and start control operation is permitted.

If the Data List item "Integrated Current" is 0 or higher, it is not necessary to perform initialization.
