  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY

    for LHD: Click here

    for RHD: Click here

  4. REMOVE HEATER PACKING

    Click here

  5. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

    Click here

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR)

        Remove the evaporator temperature sensor (No. 1 cooler thermistor).
