FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SEAT)

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly (Driver Seat))

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Driver seat belt unfastened 10 kΩ or higher 1 - 2 Driver seat belt fastened Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly (driver seat).

2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (FRONT PASSENGER SEAT)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 - 3 Front passenger seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω 2 - 3 Front passenger seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher 1 - 2 Front passenger seat belt unfastened 10 kΩ or higher 1 - 2 Front passenger seat belt fastened Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly (front passenger seat).
