  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEATER GROMMET

    Click here

  3. REMOVE COOLING UNIT PARTS

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 COOLING UNIT BRACKET (for RHD)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. for 4 Zone Type:


      1. B006FFW

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. B006DJK

        Disconnect the 5 connectors.

      3. Detach the guide.

    2. for Dual Type:


      1. B006AMR

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. B0069YM

        Disconnect the 3 connectors.

  7. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. for 4 Zone Type:


      1. B006A9A

        Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Detach the guide.

      3. B006CQ9

        Disconnect the 5 connectors.

      4. Detach the guide.

    2. for Dual Type:


      1. B006ATN

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Detach the guide.

      3. B006GHD

        Disconnect the 3 connectors.

      4. Detach the guide.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER COVER

  9. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

    Click here

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER

    Click here

  12. REMOVE NO. 3 COOLING UNIT BRACKET (for LHD)

    Click here

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  14. REMOVE NO. 4 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  16. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR

      Remove the No. 1 cooler thermistor from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.
