BLOWER UNIT (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the blower motor with fan sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

    2. w/o PTC Heater:

      Connect the 2 connectors and attach the 2 clamps and wire harness.

    3. w/ PTC Heater:

      Connect the 4 connectors and attach the 3 clamps and wire harness.

  2. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL


    1. Install the blower motor control with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER


    1. Install the clean air filter.

    2. Attach the claw to install the air filter case.

  4. INSTALL RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly with 3 screws.

    2. Attach the claw to install the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly.
