PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for TMT Made) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT WITH CENTER BEARING ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)

    A01DXVRE01

    1. Place matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and differential flange.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts, 4 bolts and 4 washers, and disconnect the propeller shaft.

    3. A01DXFTE01

      Remove the center support bearing's 2 set bolts and 2 plates from the frame crossmember.

    4. A01DXGXE01

      Pull out the propeller shaft.

    5. Install SST in the extension housing to prevent oil leakage.

  2. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT WITH CENTER BEARING ASSEMBLY (for 4WD)

    1. Place matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and transfer flange.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts and 4 washers, and disconnect the propeller shaft.

    3. A01E29YE01

      Place matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and differential flange.

    4. A01DXFTE01

      Remove the 4 nuts, 4 bolts and 4 washers.

    5. Remove the center support bearing's 2 set bolts and 2 plates from the frame crossmember.

    6. Remove the propeller shaft.
