GENERATOR (for DENSO Made) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE GENERATOR PULLEY CAP


    1. Using a screwdriver, remove the generator pulley cap from the generator pulley with clutch.

  2. REMOVE GENERATOR PULLEY WITH CLUTCH

    1. Mount the generator in a vise between aluminum plates.

    2. Install SST (A) and (B) to the generator pulley as shown in the illustration.

      Using a wrench to hold SST (A), turn SST (B) counterclockwise to loosen the generator pulley.

    4. Remove the generator pulley.

  3. REMOVE GENERATOR REAR END COVER

      Remove the 3 nuts and end cover.

      Remove the terminal insulator.

  4. REMOVE GENERATOR BRUSH HOLDER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and brush holder.

  5. REMOVE GENERATOR COIL ASSEMBLY


    1. A01E011

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. A01DZ59E01

      Using SST, remove the coil assembly.

    3. Remove the generator washer.

  6. REMOVE GENERATOR ROTOR ASSEMBLY
