RADIATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT

   1. Install the 2 lower radiator supports to the radiator assembly.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION

   1. Install the 2 radiator support cushions to the radiator assembly.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

   1. Engage the 2 guides to install the radiator assembly to the cooler condenser assembly.

      Note:

      • Make sure not to damage the cooler condenser assembly or radiator assembly when installing the radiator assembly.

      • Do not apply excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or pipe when installing the radiator assembly.

   2. Install the front cross member sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      5.5 N*m

      56 kgf*cm

      49 in.*lbf

   3. Install the 2 bolts.

      7.5 N*m

      76 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

4. CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

   1. Connect the No. 1 radiator hose and slide the clip to secure it.

5. INSTALL FAN SHROUD ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. INSTALL BATTERY

   Click here

8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note:

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

9. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

10. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

11. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

12. INSTALL FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER

    1. Install the lower bumper absorber with the 10 bolts.

13. INSTALL FRONT UPPER BUMPER SUPPORT

14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

15. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

16. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK
