PURGE VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV)


    1. B008GGM

      Type A:


      1. Disconnect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.

      2. Disconnect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).

      3. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).

      4. B008GCW

        Remove the bolt and purge valve (purge VSV) from the wire harness clamp bracket.

    2. B008GBM

      Type B:


      1. Disconnect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.

      2. Disconnect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).

      3. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).

      4. B008GIP

        Remove the bolt and purge valve (purge VSV) from the wire harness clamp bracket.
