FRONT BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER CENTER COVER

    1. Install the front spoiler center cover with the 12 clips.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING COVER

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the front bumper moulding cover.

    2. Install the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER NO. 1 RETAINER

    1. Install the front bumper lower No. 1 retainer with the screw.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for all front bumper lower No. 1 retainers.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Attach the claw and guide to install the front bumper hole cover assembly LH.

    2. Install the screw.

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  8. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

  9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  10. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  11. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

    1. Attach all the clamps to install the No. 2 engine room wire.

    2. Connect all the connectors.

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

  14. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

  16. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  18. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

  19. INSTALL TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  21. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

    1. except China:

      1. Install the front bumper extension moulding bracket with the 2 screws.

    2. for China:

      1. Install the front bumper extension moulding bracket with the 2 screws.
